Our first Intermediates!

This weekend Pizza, Will and I headed to Barbury, back in the event calendar at last! We completed our first intermediates. With good dressage scores from both horses, in a technical test, we headed to SJ. This is where my nerves kicked in big time. I always find the SJ the most nerve-wracking but this time was really nervous, ending in multiple poles down. I really felt for the horses having to put up with me! On to XC and it was a big bold technical course. Both Will and Pizza were incredible, giving me the best rides. A clear from Will and a really unfortunate 20 for Pizza, she was just too bold at a combination, but what a start to this higher level. Being teamed up with Jesse payed its dividends, with him being there all day to support me made it happen, so so lucky to be on his team!
